The whole production takes place in our estate under strict quality control standards. It consists of several stages: harvest, transport, cooling, selection and fermentation. The entire process from the harvesting by hand to the final production is carried out with the greatest care to ensure the quality from the vineyard to the bottle.
The production of our exclusive Cabernet Sauvignon wine starts by late harvesting of the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon at its peak. The effect of high altitude cultivation at 400-450m, plenty of sunny days, favourable ecological conditions, results in fully ripe grapes both from a chemical and physiological point of view. A distinguishable hint of smell and taste of pepper and mint, a clear indicator of the presence of pyrazines which shows that the grapes from this variety have reached their ideal ripeness. This is a characteristic that can only be found in our Exclusive Cabernet Sauvignon. Special care and passionate work has gone into our process of production this summer, which in return has given us extraordinary results. And the the cherry on the cake is the aging of wine in wooden barrels, where this wine takes on unique taste and quality. Our Exclusive Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect complement to beef, lamb, grilled dishes, meat casseroles, vegetables salad. It will bring richness to your table. Vranac Extra is a type of wine produced from the late harvesting of the varietal Vranac grape. Syrah is a dry wine variety produced from varietal Syrah grapes, with controlled origins, its bases in hard work and healthy land, all of which are reflected in the characteristic quality of the variety. This wine has an intense red colour with deep plum reflexes, taste and aroma of blueberry mixed with blackberry, black cherry, plum etc. In a temperature of 180C the wine releases all those fragrances, which is why best served at this temperature. Syrah can be an excellent complement to soft cheeses, grilled dishes, steak, dried meat products etc.
